AfterFlow Tech ("we", "us") is a sole proprietorship based in Karachi, Pakistan. This policy explains how we handle data when you use our website and our Shopify app.

Data we collect

• Merchant data: store name, store domain, contact email, subscription status and app settings.
• Customer data processed on behalf of merchants: customer name, phone number, order details and WhatsApp message content and delivery status, needed to send and receive messages.
• Website data: information you send us by email.

How we use data

We use data only to provide the service: sending and receiving WhatsApp messages for merchants, billing, support and security. We do not sell personal data.

Roles

For customer data of a merchant's shoppers, the merchant is the data controller and we act as a processor. Merchants are responsible for obtaining customers' consent before messaging them.

Sharing

We share data with service providers needed to operate the service, including Shopify and Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform), and our hosting providers. We may disclose data if required by law.

Retention and deletion

We keep data while the merchant's subscription is active. After the app is uninstalled, we delete store and customer data within a reasonable period, as required by Shopify. Merchants and individuals can request access or deletion by emailing support@afterflowtech.com.

Security

We use encryption in transit and access controls to protect data. No system is completely secure.
