These terms govern your use of the AfterFlow Tech website and Shopify app, provided by AfterFlow Tech, a sole proprietorship in Karachi, Pakistan.

The service

We provide software that connects a Shopify store to the WhatsApp Business Platform to send order updates and handle customer support messages.

Your responsibilities

• Obtain customers' consent before sending them WhatsApp messages.
• Comply with the WhatsApp Business Terms and Commerce Policy, Shopify's terms and applicable law.
• Do not send spam, unlawful or prohibited content.

Subscription and billing

The service is a recurring subscription billed through Shopify. You can cancel at any time in your Shopify admin; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. WhatsApp conversation fees charged by Meta are separate.

Suspension

We may suspend access if these terms or Meta's or Shopify's policies are breached.

Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is". We rely on third-party platforms and cannot guarantee uninterrupted delivery. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous three months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
